Book Your Cycle Hire
Cycle Hire is available between Easter and the end of September. All cycle hire must be booked in advance. Opening times: 9am - 5pm.
Coronavirus update. We are closed for cycle day hire for the rest of the 2020 season, whilst we rebuild our cycling holiday business. We will be open again at Easter 2021
Book for today: Call to check availability on 01568 770755. Its best to call between 9am-10am.
Book for tomorrow: Call or fill in the booking form below. Don't forget to check the weather forecast.
Advance bookings for a large group or specific day: Use this booking form to give us all the details. We will confirm the booking and send you an invoice for the booking deposit, which is £10 per bike per day (non refundable). Advance booking is for full day hire only.
Tell us your heights:
It often depends on the heights of your group, to allocate the most appropriate bike. All our bikes are set up for road/country lanes cycling and not off road. But do tell us if you prefer or a hybrid (mudguards, racks) or mountain bike.

Cycle Hire Terms and Conditions
Security Deposit: Debit or credit card details are required as a security / damage deposit. This is taken when you collect the bikes on the day.
Identification: such as a drivers licence is need for each booking.
Under 16 years: we will only hire to people under 16 years if they are accompanied by an adult over 18 years.
Hire times: Day hire 9am to 5pm - other times by prior agreement. Half day - any 3 hour period during the afternoon.
Damage: The hirer agrees to pay for any damage or loss to cycles and equipment hired to him/her or by any member of the hirer's party..
Safety: The hirer agrees to cycle in a safe and responsible manner and to take care of all the equipment hired. We reserve the right to refuse to hire, cancel or terminate a hire at any time.
Security: The hirer agrees to lock the cycle to an immoveable object ( in a suitable safe location) if and when the cycle is left unattended. At a pub or teashop, always take the bikes with you into the garden, so they can be clearly seen. Overnight cycles must be locked into a secure building.
Liability: Wheely Wonderful Cycling shall not be liable for any personal injury, nor loss or damage to property including motor vehicles, however caused, even if such loss or damage may be caused by negligence default or wilful act of ommission by Wheely Wonderful Cycling, their employees, agents, guests, tenants or other hirers.
