Cycle Hire is normally available between May and the end of September. All cycle hire must be booked in advance. Opening times: 9am - 5pm.

Advance bookings for a large group or specific day: Use this booking form to give us all the details. We will confirm the booking and send you an invoice for the booking fee, which is £10 per bike (non refundable).
Tell us your heights:
It often depends on the heights of your group, to allocate the most appropriate bike. All our bikes are set up for road/country lanes cycling and not off road. But do tell us if you prefer or a hybrid (mudguards, racks) or mountain bike.

Cycle Hire Terms and Conditions
Security Deposit: Debit or credit card details are required as a security / damage deposit. This is taken when you collect the bikes on the day.
Identification: such as a drivers licence is need for each booking.
Under 16 years: we will only hire to people under 16 years if they are accompanied by an adult over 18 years.
Hire times: Day hire 9am to 5pm - other times by prior agreement.
Damage: The hirer agrees to pay for any damage or loss to cycles and equipment hired to him/her or by any member of the hirer's party..
Safety: The hirer agrees to cycle in a safe and responsible manner and to take care of all the equipment hired. We reserve the right to refuse to hire, cancel or terminate a hire at any time.
Security: The hirer agrees to lock the cycle to an immovable object (in a suitable safe location) if and when the cycle is left unattended. At a pub or teashop, always take the bikes with you into the garden, so they can be clearly seen. Overnight cycles must be locked into a secure building.
Liability: Wheely Wonderful Cycling shall not be liable for any personal injury, nor loss or damage to property including motor vehicles, however caused, even if such loss or damage may be caused by negligence default or wilful act of omission by Wheely Wonderful Cycling, their employees, agents, guests, tenants or other hirers.
Covid-19: We have made some simple, but effective, alterations to our working processes, to make sure that we comply with government guidance on Coronavirus precautions for 2022.
Bring with you: Helmets, pre filled water bottles, your own supplies of hand sanitiser, face masks etc for use on your cycle ride
Arrival time: We will have agreed an arrival time at our base Petchfield Farm. You must arrive at the specified time. We need to be precise about this as we need to time to clean and social distance between groups. Please ring if you are held up enroute.
Parking: There is plenty of parking space (Stay in your car if you arrive early and there is another group present– you will not be able to use the toilet until the previous group has departed and its been cleaned). When you get out of the car please use hand sanitiser immediately, before you approach the briefing area and bikes.
Toilets: There is one toilet available for your group’s sole use. It will have been cleaned before you arrive and again when you leave. Use the hand sanitiser provided before you enter the toilet.
Bikes and equipment: Bikes, toolkits, locks, pumps etc will all be waiting for you. All bikes and equipment are thoroughly cleaned & disinfected before each use.
Briefing: We supply a cycle map and give guidance on using the gears, brakes etc as usual – but socially distanced!
On your bike: Have a great time. The cycling is wonderful, be prepared to book ahead for pub lunches/ evening meals.
Out and about: please remember to follow the normal government guidance. Everyone is very pleased to welcome our visitors back, but please remember to be considerate of other people’s space and wellbeing.
