Cycling Holidays and Coronavirus - update 2

We are looking forward to welcoming back cyclists to explore the wonderful countryside of Shropshire, Herefordshire and Wales.

But government guidance is still unclear about what the situation is with the accommodation we use for our cycling holidays; B&Bs, Hotels and Inns. It looks like the next couple of weeks will be key in explaining exactly how and when these accommodations can reopen.

We are currently taking reservations for August and September; this means we ask you to fill in a fully completed booking form, so that we know exactly what you need for your cycling tour, and we will let you know as soon as possible, whether the holiday can go ahead.

When you are out and about cycling, the cycle routes are looking wonderful and very quiet, but you will need to be little more organised about visiting places of interest, which are using booking systems. And more adventurous about foraging for food; all the shops are open for picnics, but it looks like inns and restaurants will still mostly be doing takeaways.

Our top tip for a cycling holiday is our Black and White Villages cycle tour, where you stay in small self catering suites on a B&B basis, which means you have all the facilities you need for every eventuality.
